Sunshine RV Resort

One of the biggest Winter Texan resorts in Harlingen at 1,027 sites, run by Encore and open all year. The clubhouse side covers a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, library, business center, and a mail center, with an on-site restaurant and store. Waterfront sites are available. The winter activity list runs to dancing, bingo, water aerobics, zumba, ceramics, wood carving, and live entertainment. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am; the resort is 55+ and does not take reservations with children.
