Close to 400 mobile homes plus room for more than 35 RVs, gated, in Pharr off East Hall Acres Road. The recreation hall runs 12,500 square feet and anchors a heated tropical pool with a waterfall, a hot tub, shuffleboard courts, billiards and crafts rooms, an exercise room, library, mail room, horseshoe pits, a dog park, and laundry. Residents get access to a private golf course. The winter calendar is heavy: pickleball, cornhole, line dancing, water aerobics, yoga, Spanish classes, bingo, karaoke, dances, style shows, potlucks, and a farmers market. The office runs 9am to noon and 1pm to 4pm on weekdays.
