Fiesta Village

Fiesta Village is a 55+ community on South Stewart Road in Mission, two blocks off Expressway 83 and about 15 minutes from the McAllen airport. The shuffleboard setup is the standout, with 18 courts and 12 of them lighted for evening play. Indoors there is an air-conditioned ballroom that seats 500, a billiards room with four tables, a full kitchen, library, game room, and a large laundromat, plus a heated pool and hot tub outside. Lots and furnished park models come up for sale or rent from the owners themselves rather than through a rental office, so availability moves month to month.
