Bishop 345 RV Park is on Highway 345 outside Rio Hondo, between Harlingen and the Arroyo. Rates are posted up front: $60 a night and $185 a week with electric included, $350 a month plus electric, $2,100 for the six-month Winter Texan season plus electric, and $4,200 for the year. All rates cover two adults with $5 per extra overnight guest, and storage runs $80 a month. Lots are big enough for outdoor furniture, a temporary fence, or a raised garden bed, and the park leans social with resident gatherings, live music, and shopping runs to Nuevo Progreso.
