Patriot Pointe MH & RV Park

A 150-site manufactured home and RV community in Mission that takes year-round residents and seasonal Winter Texans in the same neighborhood. Facilities include a pool and hot tub, a clubhouse and recreation center, family rooms, and laundry. Sites are large, and brand new homes come available through the office. Pet rules are strict: dogs only up to 30 pounds and kept indoors, no cats, two maximum, with a $250 deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. Budget $200 for the administration fee and $35 for the application.
