New Horizon Health Center

New Horizon has run as a federally qualified health center in Brownsville for more than 40 years, with its main clinic on East Price Road and two more sites nearby on East 22nd Street and in Building D at 95 East Price. It covers adult medicine, women's health, behavioral health, and preventive care, and takes Medicare and Medicaid alongside a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. The Saturday morning clinic from 9am to 1pm is the useful part if you would rather not give up a weekday, and Wednesday runs late to 6pm. All three Brownsville sites share the same phone number, so say which location you want when you call.
