Medelina's sits on East Business 83 in Mission, the strip most of the area parks feed onto, and is run by Medelina's daughter and sons. The kitchen does breakfast tacos, chilaquiles, tacos al vapor, and pancakes, which makes it an easy stop on the way out for the morning. It closes at 3pm every day, so it is a breakfast and lunch place only. The dining room is wheelchair accessible and they take reservations, take-out, and delivery.
