Canyon Lake RV Resort

Despite the name this one is in Mission, in the Rio Grande Valley, not the Hill Country's Canyon Lake. The park is built around a private 10-acre lake with a footbridge out to a private island. The pool is heated and shaped like Texas, with a whirlpool spa beside it, and the recreation hall runs 10,000 square feet with a billiards room and library inside. Shuffleboard courts sit on the grounds. Winter activities include line dancing, country music jams, potluck dinners, bocce ball, bingo, arts and crafts, and woodworking.
