Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse and recreation center, a game room, and laundry. Sites are large. Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge is close for birding and South Padre Island is within a drive for the beach. Pet rules are strict: dogs up to 30 pounds kept indoors, no cats, two maximum, with a $250 deposit and $35 monthly pet rent for renters or a $75 deposit for homeowners.
